Our Products
We take great care and pride when making our products. We are pleased to inform
all of our customers that our products comply with the EU Cosmetics Directive which
is the current legislation required to sell products legally in the UK and EU safely.
All of our products are genuinely handmade so there may be some changes in size,
colour and texture between batches.
A vast majority of our products contain oils and butters. Due to the nature of these
products bathtubs can become slippery and care must be taken.
We advise pregnant women to check that any essential oils are safe to use.
Our soaps meet with Trading Standard requirements. They weigh a minimum of 100g.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund: If you change your mind contact us by email or phone. Please
return your order unopened within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a full
refund. The cost of returning the purchase will be at the customer’s own expense.
We do not except responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit on
return. Refund will only be given if the purchase is returned in the condition it
was sent (original unopened packaging and in good condition).
Cancellation: You can cancel your order prior to dispatch. Email
us with your order number and a full refund will be given. If your purchase has
already been dispatched please refer to our refund policy.
Problem with your Purchase: If in the unlikely event that a problem
occurs with your purchase please email or phone us immediately so that we can resolve
the problem.
